"Clean, neat, tidy, no-frills, comfy stay. Affordable. Nice toiletries. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Loved the little gift shop! Snag a cleverly written t-shirt while here. Don't miss live music & a craft beer @ The Gravel Bar. Love the outdoor firepit! Wonderful gathering place - Really nice touch. Nice mattress. Nice linens. I prefer a fluffier pillow, but I slept comfortably. Minimal highway noise & I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely plan to revisit. Quick drive to historic downtown. "

"Room is clean and comfortable. The staff is most courteous and nice breakfast pastries, eggs, quiche, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit. Pet friendly and forested wilderness out back. Six deer watched us take an evening stroll down the forested road next to the hotel late in the evening. "

"I was so pleasantly surprised with this property as I needed a room on the west end of Eureka and most of the economy standard hotels seem to be east. I had a small little queen studio room in the walk-out basement type lower floor of one of the lodges. (8 - Hideout) The room was so cute, and very clean.(although I would have loved a broom or swiffer accessible so I could continue keeping the laminate floors clean as I tracked in dirt, but perhaps that's just me). The parking situation is basically as good as it can get with cabins and lodges on the side of a mountain- meaning the cabins have individual spaces next to them (only one) but the downstairs lodge rooms are kinda like, find a place in this circle drive if there is one. Since it's off season and they weren't full, it wasn't an issue. Peak season may be different. I loved that there were chairs just outside my room I could sit in and look through the trees at the view, and a picnic table with outdoor jenga on it just a few feet away. The only "complaint" i have with it was that I think due to the lack of carpets, the noises of the guests upstairs was a little loud at times, but it was just people walking around being people, not different than a regular motel, just a bit louder due to the laminate wood floors. It was a perfect little room for me by myself. The decor was so cute and appropriate, with nice fixtures. I would have enjoyed having my partner there as well. I will be returning to this property! "We stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, cozy and spacious. The bed was comfortable and they had quality linens and towels. We checked in late after closing but instructions were clear. Just 1 mile to downtown Eureka Springs. Food and beverages are just down the road. No complaints. Thank you for a wonderful weekend! "
